'Easter' Donkey
This poor chap literally hobbled in the gate on his own on Easter Sunday. He was crippled with extremely overgrown hooves that look like he has never even seen a farrier. We are calling him ‘Easter’. We can only assume that he was dumped at the gate.

After he arrived he had extensive farrier work and is now standing and walking like a new donkey! A big thanks to our farrier, David Madden for his help.

Easter will need a second farrier visit soon to shape his feet to counter the terrible twisting his hooves had developed. He also needs microchipping, pass-porting and gelding.

If anyone can help us to cover the costs of this, all donations will be gratefully received. Click here
